Systems Survey #4: Predator-Prey

The predator/prey system I chose to explore was that of a group of sharks and a group of small fish that they consume in the ocean.

The elements in the system are: Sharks and small fish

If there was a large population of smaller fish within a certain area. If the number of small fish has increased, then the chances a shark could find food increases. Once the sharks get word that there is food, then the shark population in that particular area are most likely going increase as well. Over time, the sharks pose too big of a threat to the fish in the area so their population diminishes. Eventually, the sharks can no longer survive in that area with no food, so they must migrate elsewhere.
